We were up there a couple years ago (stayed at the Matheson house?). Loved your shop. I think we met you one day at the Clucking Hen (you took our family photo out front). I bought a very nice belt from you - simple brown leather - not braided. A close friend has repeatedly asked me where I got it - so I searched and found you on the internet. Can I buy one online (his belt size would be 38"). Let me know. Thanks!! Dave Foster

I was in your store twice during a recent trip to Nova Scotia. I would like to order 2 leather belts nor the woven kind the regular leather belts like in the store. I did not know the sizes when I was there. I need both in black with the silver buckle, one is the 1 1/4" width in a 48 length, the other is a 1 1/2 " width in 34 length. I also want to order a brown squeeze purse, a brown 2 loop wallet, and the twirly leather game. I willalso take 6 more leather pot holders. Since several of these items where not on the site but in the store I thought I should send a note rather than try to submit an order. Please let me know what to do and I will give you my credot card.a ddress, etc. All the items I bought are great, pot holders, a leach and collar, wallets, game, squeeze purses, ring, etc. Iw as so impressed I am back again as promised! Please let me know how to order these items not on your site and I will proceed as instructed!Mary Lou Sigsby, 164 Riverpoint Dr., Clemson, SC 29631

I was visiting your studio this past September - this is the second time I have visited while in Nova Scotia and Cape Breton ...as before I thoroughly enjoyed myself and my purchases... I do have one question though - I purchased a "riding purse" as a gift and as it turns out it is too similar to what this person already has - even though the quality certainly is not the same as your beautiful hand work - what is your "exchange policy?" would I be able to exchange this bag for another article? Thank you for your earliest attention...sincerely Sharon

I am a craftsperson myself, and am opening a studio/shop where I am bringing in other Canadian functional home-wares. A friend told me about your potholders- do you wholesale, or give a discount for bulk orders? How might I have them in my shop? thanks! Margret Hefner

Last summer, as we drove by, we discovered your wonderful store ( I'm such a leather fan... ) We bought "leather fingers" meant for sewing. I looked up into you web site and I couldn't found them... My ant would love to own some... Can you answer me on that, please ? ( On an other hand, my husband bought me one of your fantastic red tote purse; I carry it wherever I go ... )

Awesome site! Your family affair business is terrific and so unique. You're hard workers and it shows in all your products. We've missed visiting the shop but believe me, you haven't heard the last of us! You were also the best neighbors we ever could ask for! Hope to see you this summer.....

Want information on your eyeglass cases that can be attached over a belt with a belt loop. Address 402 west st. Patrick St. Lafayette, LA. Is there a hard case inside to protect the glasses?

This past summer we bought a bag from you. We are wondering if you could built a custom brief case for men, about 16"x12"x4", with handle (s) (short handle, typically used in men's brief case) and adjustable and detachable strap. One zipped main pocket (no subdiveders) and one pocket on the outside with a zipper(full width zip). Black color. Will it be a firm base, so that the brief case could stand, even when empty or will it be a like a bag? I will prefer a firm base. The top zipper should not be recessed, but should be on top, same height as the top edge. Please let us know the price, by email or phone (860-688-2391). Thanks.

Thank you for your e-mail. This summer when my husband and I visited your boutique, I was really overwhelmed with items that you do not see anywhere else (i.e. buckets and flower bags !) I have a friend (Archie McDonald) who has a cabin on the Cabot Trail. I will ask him to purchase some items for me. Again thanks for the e-mail, which I was very happy to receive. Joanne

Hi Marion, We stopped at your shop on our way home from Ingonish a couple of weeks ago. I purchased a tote bag and several other items including a collar and leash for our airedale who was traveling with us. Everything is wonderful! Thank you. My only regret is that I didn't do my Christmas shopping while I was there. I will be contacting you agin in the near future to do that. Thanks again. Mary
